Shipping:
Benazir Collection ALWAYS offers Free Shipping in the United States when you spend $50.00 or more without taxes. Presently we are shipping only within the United States.
All domestic orders that do not include free shipping will be sent for a flat fee of $6.00.
All orders over $300 will need to be signed for unless you request an exception.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
Benazir Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
Repairs:
We will repair any item purchased through benazircollection.com. All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
However, any elective repairs, such as alterations, chain lengthening, etc, or errors by the customer including excessive damage will incur a $25 dollar charge plus the cost of any additional materials and shipping.
